 Professional I am an experienced licensed Realtor who has over 20 years of business and real estate experience. I specialize in representing my clients in the sale or purchase of singlefamily residences and income property within the Cape Ann area. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, attorney, and insurance and inspection information. I have worked closely with professionals in these related fields and value these relationships as I guide my clients through this important time in their lives, the process of moving. To keep on top of my profession I am proud to sit on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee as a representative from the North Shore. I also am the 2010 Chairperson of the North Shore Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee. These committees stay in the forefront of bills put before our legislators that may affect our property rights and the process of selling a home and home ownership. We work with council to effect and change a bill, or piece of a bill, that we see as detrimental to homeowners and the transferring of their property. I also sit on the North Shore Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing any grievance made by one Realtor against another Realtor to see if the complaint has merit and what steps should be taken to resolve the issue. Both of these Committees play an important role in keeping me well informed. I am dedicated to my clients and my profession, providing exceptional service and knowledge of the real estate market. I grew up in Lexington, MA, then went on to attend the Art Institute of Boston and FIT in New York studying marketing. I moved to New York City for 8 years and then to Boston for 5 years where I worked for a non-profit organization providing training, supervisory, management and marketing skills. I spend my free time enjoying food and wine with family and friends and volunteering with various school, town and professional organizations.
